Hi,

Is it possible to save/export (and then restoring) the home screen icons/shortcuts without using Firefox sync?

I want to save its state on my disk so I can restore it later, after formatting, for example. I don't really use any sync features and I actually don't want to sign up for yet another online service if I can help it.

Hi! I wish to edit my limit on how instances firefox runs but i cant. I searched up how to change but cant find the option for it. It said that i should just untick use recommended setting in performance but all that happens is tht i get anotheter option to untick hardware accleration.

There should be a feature where you can copy the link to particular text on a webpage (much like when you click on a Google result for a certain part of an article). Where do I suggest features for Firefox?

I have been running Thunderbird Beta for a while and recently when I go in I get an error that it cannot compress folder because not enough disk space. I have > 90gb available. How do I resolve this?

Something happened with your new update, and now my computer is not working. i cannot get my emails to come even though i choose the email button. The wheel just keeps turning and turning, and will not ever get to the emails. The same thing happens when i try other favorites buttons on the top of the page. i do not know the correct words to describe what i am trying to say because i am not tech savvy at all. i am a senior citizen who needs my computer to work again. What has happened? i do not understand any of the directions given to me when you have answered me today. i do not understand the details! i am very frustrated right now, and have spent a lot of my day trying to get my computer working the way it did yesterday. Just the other day I started getting these popups from "anti virus service" that keeps popping up on my screen. I do not nor never did have McAfee on my system. I did a deep search, and there is no program on my computer, nor in my startups, nor in my popups allowed relating to this. It is only a problem with Firefox. Any solutions?

If I right-click on any photo or item in the explorer and choose "share", the mailadresses that show up as options in the "share window" is not associated with Thunderbird, but with Outlook. I have tried every solution I have found on the net, incl. making sure TB was chosen as the mail client for any file type, removing any leftovers from outlook and from registration data base, but still only adresses connected with Outlook shows up (and I can see that it is from an old mailing list, that does not include more recent contacts). So why does the share windows not have assess to Thunderbird and its mail adresses?

Yesterday I was hit with what I understand is a mail or spam bomb in my work email. From 5am to 10am i received 1,400 emails from all random sites. Today i already received 200 emails. This is very stressful searching through these to find actual legit emails from my customers. Speaking to one of my employees this happened to they said they had to close their account and open a new one because the emails never stopped coming. I have had this email for 17 years and it's associated with many business accounts and website contacts so it's not feasible for me to change emails. Is there a way to filter these directly to the junk or spam folder so they don't hit my inbox? Or something else you can recommend to block these? please help

Hello everyone. I have just installed version 115.11.1 (64 bits) on my PC. The fonts of the incoming mail messages display strangely and change when I move the mouse over them. The rest of the programs and windows display normally. The problem only exists in Thunderbird windows. Does anyone have any idea what the problem is? Could a graphics card at the end of its life be at the root of the problem? Thanks.

Hello. I have an issue with Firefox. Last week Facebook stopped showing images when run on Firefox. These are in the Feed and photos, etc. I tried refreshing, clearing cookies, history and cache. I changed enhanced tracking but nothing stops this. Are there any suggestions to repair this or could it be a bug? I work on Windows 10. Please help.

I was looking for an item that would be a couple of years back in my history, only to discover that my history now only goes back a year and 3 months… Exactly, as of today, I don't know if that's meaningful. Does anyone have any idea what might've happened, and how I can restore the rest of my history? Thank you!

I'm on a Mac using Mojave, with Firefox version 115.8.

I'd like to use microsoft exchanges in to the thunderbird desktop app. Is that possible? I've tried to set it up but it doesn't seem to be working. I'm able to receive emails but when I try to send it asks for a password and it says it's not correct....

I often run into issues with PDFs in Firefox Linux. They either appear totally blank (typically after suspend/restore), or they appear with the desktop background showing through (as in the attached screenshot).

Hard refreshing the page doesn't change anything, opening a new tab and opening the PDF again doesn't change anything, opening a new window and loading the PDF doesn't change anything.
