Hello: I’m running iOS 17.3.1 on iPhone. The problem I’m experiencing: I used to see the Recommended by Pocket articles on my iOS Firefox homepage, but they stopped appearing a few weeks ago. I’ve searched for a resolution, but all I can find are the steps for customizing/personalizing my HomePage: the problem is that although I’m signed into my Firefox/Mozilla account and have chosen Firefox as my Homepage for New Tabs, and I’ve signed out, restarted the app and changed my Firefox settings several times, the option: ‘Recommended by Pocket’ ( along with the actual articles appearing on the homepage) doesn’t even appear anymore: I’m at a loss as to locating that option, as well as, again, seeing the Recommended Articles as they appeared previously. I just opened firefox on my samsung galaxy note 8 and all of my tabs are gone. I have not seen the "restore previous sessions" option, nor are they in the "recently closed tabs" part of my history. Please help. Is there any way to restore the tabs?

Listening to audiobooks made me notice this problem, often whilst my phone is turned off and the audiobook is playing in the background on a tab on firefox the audio would just stop and i would find either that firefox was still open but unloaded all the tabs, or that it simply crashed. I thought this was a thing that solely happened when playing audio in the background but then i noticed that it is actually a general problem when firefox is kept open in the background. It doesnt happen after a set amount of time, sometimes it happens immediately, sometimes after like 10 minutes that it is kept in the background. How can i fix this? its very annoying.

Hi I have facing the problem with Android app, when I use the app very slow in 1 tab If I open another tab getting extremely slow then loaded the page not completed and some time suddenly restart My device specs Samsung galaxy A2 core

So I got a new phone and I'm trying to sync it with the old Android but it's like it literally has nothing but the login name. I still have to go login all these websites and it won't boot all my tabs from the old phone I don't even want to try to buy anything find out that I have to do all the credit card stuff again. I do not have a desktop right now

It’s not I stall and update as far as I know, it’s an issue I’ve never seen. My browsers, Firefox chrome DuckDuckGo etc none of them can produce search results though my internet is very much connected to my router. My isp can’t find an issue. What is wrong?

From the image below, I asked a question and the results are there. I've tried this on my tablet as well, getting the exact sane results, no matter what I put in the search results.

However, I choose Google as the search engine (as you can see from the image below), while Firefox still being the main browser and I got results to the question below.

What is happening with your browser or duckduckgo search engine? In all my years of using these platforms, I've never had this issue. Yes, I'm Android user and haven't changed any devices. My setup is the sane on all my devices.

A white toolbar appears at the bottom of the screen (when using a Bluetooth keyboard) or above the floating keyboard (if using the iPad on-screen keyboard). It takes up space but serves no function and often makes it difficult to view whatever webpage I’m looking at, or, even worse, to see what I’m typing if the input field is at the bottom of the screen.

If the “Done” button is clicked, the bar goes away, but then doing so also exits the input field, so I can’t type any further if I close this toolbar. The up/down arrows seem to serve no function.

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Firefox app but the issue did not go away.

This does not happen in any other app, including other web browsers like Safari.

Any advice, or a bug fix, would be much appreciated.

I'm using Firefox browser on my Android phone and when I visit a website zoom.earth the animation whether it be a wind a precipitation lags a lot. On the same phone, if i use Chrome, the animation plays out smooth. Why?

For some reason accounts/passwords are not syncing on Firefox across my iPhone and MacBook. I have both signed into the account and have set up sync but it is not sharing across the devices.

I started with Firefox on android, when i finally got a pc i decided to sync my data. This resulted in the loss of all but 1 of my passwords and Ive spent 5+hours trying to get them back. And i idk if i can. But with the help of this extension (https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/about-sync/?utm_source=addons.mozilla.org&utm_medium=referral&utm_content=search) about-sync i can see the logs of them being deleted(where pics are from). Why cant i just revert this or have instances to revert back to?

On my Android phone, the "close private tabs" notification keeps reappearing no matter how many times I tap it or swipe it away. Only way to get rid of it is by force stopping Firefox. Weird thing is that this issue doesn't repro 100% of the time either.

This is happening on Firefox 126.0, on my S23 Ultra running Android 14/One UI 6.1

After the latest update to firefox on android, the Openweb discussion function is missing from at least 3 websites that work on other browsers.

Thedrive.com Twz.com and Newsweek.com

All the above use Openweb discussion function on their websites but firefox does not show them at all.

I checked using Samsung internet browser and the discussions are visible, unlike firefox.

I use ublock extension along with ghostery and privacy badger, but diisabling them or complete removal does not make the discussions visible.

I have deleted the firefox and reinstalled it after the update but the problem persists.

If I want to see the discussions on the thedrive.com or twz.com, I have to use the Samsung internet browser for that.

Could use a fix so I don't have to jump between two browsers.

there are often times when I go to websites, usually when I'm logging in or signing up for an account, where they have a pop-up window for me to enter in the information, which usually also includes a captcha, but for some reason I am unable to scroll up or down, and I'm unable to access a submit button as well, therefore unable to complete the process.

this is on my Kyocera e6920 AT&t version 6.103at with Android 10 and a updated version of Firefox.
