Just loaded ver 4 and my RoboForm tool bar does not show up, how to I get it back? Thanks

Windows XP system. I had the RoboForm tool bar with Firefox version 3.16. I also got a pop up that several things (add-ons?) are not supported by ver. 4 but I didn't write them down. HP printer was one of them. Can I go back to version3.16 until ver. 4 catches up? My Norton security tool bar didn't show up either but I don't use that one as much.
