FirefoxCP Webcontent Preventing Sleep on 2017 Macbook Pro

I have been troubleshooting a battery drain issue on my 2017 Macbook Pro 13" (running the most recent version of Big Sur). It appears that this issue is cause by the FirefoxCP Webcontent process preventing sleep when I am away from my computer.

There's a post from 2017 on the support forums related to this, but the "solution" involves disabling multiple Firefox processes, which seems counterproductive as there are numerous stability and performance advantages of keep this feature enabled.

I would appreciate any suggestions on how to resolve this issue. Any suggestions to stop Firefox from preventing MacOS from going to sleep?
