Changing dropdown menu color from dark mode

Another complaint about version 89! So far I've been able to find the (apparently temporary) workaround for the tab display and change the color of the options page, but my dropdown menus remain white text on dark gray background and I really don't want that color scheme.

Is there any way to change the dropdown menus from what's essentially dark mode? It doesn't seem to matter what theme I'm using.
