I can no longer zoom out via pinch-to-zoom on my touchpad

Up until a few weeks ago, I rarely ever had problems with zooming in and out on Websites in the Firefox Browser. But as of late, zooming out no longer works.

Zooming in and out via Ctrl + Pinch does work, but it's simply horrible as it's way too sensitive and near impossible to handle.

I checked my Windows Settings as well, but the problem doesn't appear to lie there.

I'd appreciate any type of input or help.
