Firefox no longer plays sound from streaming video sites like youtube on Mac OS Big Sur

When I open youtube.com using firefox, I can see the video but hear no sound from the video. I tried youtube.com on Safari and Chrome, both have sound. This happened on Mac OS Big Sur.
