Every time I start my Firefox, the order of the windows except the first one is random. Is there a way to fix this?

I open a lot of windows in Firefox for browsing, but every time I restart the order of the windows opening is random except for the first window. The tabs are all there and in order, but the window is not. Is there a way to fix this?
