Cannot add permission for a site

Try to allow a web site to come thru "https://cloud.areohive.com" but couldn't not. Follow the setting and don't see any "permission" tab Typing about:permissions on address bar doesn't work neither

Please help. I think this is simple thing, but somehow it was removed/changed recently?
