Why can I no longer preview or download PDFs in Firefox? I've tried everything to fix this.

For a while now, I can no longer preview or download PDFs while in Firefox. I have no trouble doing this in Chrome. In Firefox, I usually just get a blank page. I've tried add-ons, Adobe updates, everything. Nothing works. Help!
