I frequently stumble upon websites with incredibly annoying looping images, with no option or method to disable the image changes. Reading information on websites with constantly changing images is difficult due the distraction.

It would be greatly appreciated if an option could be created to disable the continual image looping - perhaps an addition to the FF settings whereby an On/Off toggle could en/disable a context menu option to Pause / Disable image looping when the user right-clicks on an image. ... or, the browser itself automatically recognises image looping and the toggle simply allows FF to en/disable the looping.

My default search engine is Duck Duck Go. I frequently use a VPN.

I am usually in North America and want to search sites in North America. When I run a search by typing a search term in Firefox, I get results beginning in UK, and I see that a blue toggle switch has been set to UK. (See image.)

This started 2-3 weeks ago.

How do I set things so that my searches begin in North America?

I have checked "about:config" preferences and do not see anywhere that UK is specified. I don't see a region preference setting, either.

Firefox system is permanently set to Dark mode, even when the rest of the OS is light mode. While I can manually select light themes (such as the default Light theme), other dual-mode themes such as Alpenglow is permanent stuck in dark. Is there a way to investigate this?

Is there a way to create a new keyboard shortcut to copy current tab URL?

I've been using Arc to try some of their features, and what I miss the most is the hability to copy current URL to share without touching the mouse.

I'm trying to move away from using Google, so I swapped to Duckduckgo and removed Google as a default search. However, "Search with Google" is still appearing in my search suggestions bar with a pin icon in the corner, and I can't figure out how to remove it. Does anyone know how to do this?

When opening a private window after the 127.0 update, now opens opens a new window on the far right. It is no longer connected to the FireFox browser. In about:config I have it set to False for browser.PrivateWindowSeperation.enabled. That worked in the past but doesn't seem to be working anymore.

SLES 15.5 QU2 in Mozilla Firefox 115.8.0esr was not supporting window.close() even i added user_pref("dom.allow_scripts_to_close_windows", true); in user.js and prefs.js

Video in Firefox does not run .. no error messages .. nothing. It works fine in other browsers. When I click on the video .. nothing happens. It used to work but not now and I don't think I've changed anything.

When I open Firefox these days, the window is so big that the toolbar is barely visible. I have to put the cursor in just the right little spot to pull the window down and resize it. It is NOT full screen or maximized, it just opens a huge window that's too far up on the screen. I just want to resize the default window that it opens with.

Hello, it seems that cycling through tabs in most recently used order is not working for me. I am running version 126.0.1 on Windows and I have the "Ctrl+Tab cycles through tabs in recently used order" option enabled on my settings page. I have only noticed this issue in the past week or so, and so I am wondering if this feature is broken in the most recent release and if there is anything I can do to get the feature to work again until the bug is fixed in a future version.

I have added many add-ons, some of them are visible in the screenshot. But i can't pin them to the toolbar. And therefore not able to use them. For some reason only three of them are visible when i click the plugin button in the toolbar and only one of them namely 'ublock origin' is pinned by default. I have tried many things but still not able to pin any plugin

I tried redownloading Firefox after I saw that i was unable to download any extenstions/add-ons. Anytime i try to download something from the firefox browser, the download fails or gets cancelled. I never changed any settings, how can i fix this?bold text

Hi, I would like to use my computer's built in print dialog instead of the one that pops up in FireFox. I know there is a button at the bottom of the dialog that allows me to choose my system print dialog, but when it comes up there is no way to view the number of pages like when I print from other apps.

I tried to use some online instructions using about:config, but it doesn't change anything. I would like to know how to turn off the FireFox dialog permanently. It only started happening in the last few FireFox updates.

I am running a 2010 Mac Pro in Mojavé and am using FireFox Version 115.11.0esr (64-bit). Please help. I need to see how many pages I'm about to print so I can decide which ones I want to actually print.

Hello, I want to add a secondary email to my Mozilla account. I have looked at the help page but can't get the first step of the instructions to work. See image 1 below.

This is the only "Burger" I can see, and I am Signed In to Support. See image 2 below.

This Menu does not have an option for "Manage Account"

I have Multiple Google play cards and the Play store won't accept anything..I have sent Multiple documents..emails..receipts..basically everything they have asked, I have sent in..they have kept my main Google account in flag state for almost a year..when I have been giving them all bank..ids..etc that they ask for!! Hi, in my settings Firefox is set to "remember history", but there are no options for how long and when i look into my history, it doesn't go back further than a year. I found a few answers to this on some forums talking about the places.history.expiration.max_pages setting and others about the places.history.expiration.transient_current_max_pages setting but those don't exist in my Firefox and the threads are more than a decade old. I currently have version 126.0.1 64bit on Linux. How can i keep my history forever?
