Just updated to 54 and ALL the Lightweight themes are NOT working

Just updated to v54 last night and now none of the lightweight themes are working despite being enabled.

I have restarted numerous times.

They also do not appear in preview. None work. Also have tried reinstalling them to no avail

Is this a glitch with v54 ?
