Lately, I am continually getting the pop up "Skip This Ad". How do I stop this?

Please advise how to stop getting the pop up ad "Skip This Ad". It appears as a white, blank screen with the words in the upper right hand corner.

Check your Windows control panel add/remove programs for a program called "Contextual Tool Yourprofitclub" and uninstall it. That program can be installed when you install another application, for example a P2P file sharing program.
