a website http://www.toughdisease.com is automatically opening without clicking anything although i have adblock addone...i used several antispyware,anti malware,antivirus softwares but nothing fixed the problem.

If this opens at startup check you list of home pages, Firefox can store multiple home pages. See how to set the home page for details.
no...it is not my home page...it is coming in the mean time while i am browsing something...
This may still be caused by malware, as you have already tried a few malware scanners, try asking in specialized malware removal forums to see if they can assist.

Also try running Firefox in Firefox safe mode, this will disable add-ons and can be used to see if an add-on is causing this. If it does not happen in safe mode, follow the procedure in the troubleshooting extensions and themes article to identify the culprit.
