Hello,

I am sorry to break the news to you, but we can not reset your password. There are no bypasses that I know of, as the primary password encrypts the passwords file, making it unreadable without the password.

If you have synced a device, it will have your passwords unencrypted (unless you also encrypted it).

Please keep trying, as we can not directly help you.
