How can I change Change "Correspondents" to "From" on all my folder. I have hundreds of folders across a dozen of accounts. I really do not want to go into each folder and change it one by one. I always had "From" column but some update just ignored what I wanted and changed them all.

After you've enabled the From column and disabled Correspondents, use the Apply columns to... > Folder and its children option and select the account whose folders you want to inherit your columns setup. That option is in the same menu that you toggle columns from.
