How do I change the language for the Firefox Account pages (Monitor, Sync etc.)?

I am not asking about changing the default language for the webpages! Living in Germany I had to set locale Germany, but I did set the language to English. But oddly it would display all Ff's account pages in German..

There is a solution from a previous problem which I assume is the problem you are encountering.

You can try typing about:support on the address bar and Try clearing the startup cache, on the top right corner.
