Cannot scroll page for Telegraph site

When I browse link text and pick any article I cannot scroll the page - works finr in Chrome

Browser is 77.0.1 (64 bit) - Mozilla firefox for Linux Mint - mint 1.0

I'm using Mint 19.3

Can you advise please, is there a fix?

Update: The scroll bar appears on the right hand side as it should, but only as the page is refreshed, then it dissapears which is why I cannot scroll, nothing to drag and the scroll wheel doesn't work either
