Hi: I cannot remember my username. How can I retrieve it?

I asked for it on the drop down "retrieve username" menu. Entered another email I use. Nothing received. I cannot use my T-Bird email account because I cannot log in.

Username for what. You obviously logged into this forum since you asked this question.

Your email username and password are administered with your email provider. Contact them for help with that.

There is no place in Thunderbird to ask for email credentials to be sent to you so I have not idea what you are talking about there.

There are no Thunderbird accounts either. Thunderbird is email client software running on your computer. Email account come from email providers.
