all my emails dropped out of inbox prior to 10/23/18
all of my emails in my inbox prior to 10/23/18 dropped off - disappeared? Checked in trash all of the emails I have deleted are there, but not the missing ones. Where did they go? How do I get them back?

Note, this may not bring back your messages, but eventually give a clue about what happened, so you won't have the problem in the future.
If you do have a recent backup of your Thunderbird profile folder created prior to the incident you can restore your messages.
