How are you measuring the access/load time and compared to what status? ISP determines your speed and the more stuff you load the more harder the system works to load.

fine dear. load my website in Mozila, you will see it takes 10 to 15 sec in loading. basically i want to decrease the loading time.

Not saying it can't happen but only way to load faster is having a higher ISP bandwidth. Those program that says they increase the internet usually stops graphics from loading to increase the access time but considering how GUI internet is the final gate keeper is your ISP and the the speed they give you that will determine your internet speed.
