I work with folders. When a message arrives, I want to create a rule that will automatically drop the mail into the specific folder. This is so easy to do in MS.

'Menu icon (3 lines) > Message Filters > Message Filters make sure account is selected click on 'New' Give filter a suitable name Select 'Getting new mail' select 'Filter before Junk classification' If you are setting one rule or you need more than one to appy to a single email: Select 'Match all of the following'

If you are setting more than one rule which could apply to different emails: select 'Match any of the following' Select eg: 'From' and 'Contains' and eg: email address

to add additional rule like another email, click on the small + sign to get another line added.

Perform these actions: select 'Move message to' and select the folder. click on OK

Enable the filter by selecting the checkbox.
