This is not a Firefox Issue. We allow then to post on the Extension page once their program passes some testing. After that it is them you must contact for support.

They are slow at updating to Firefox Latest Version. Page says good for 56 does not say good for 56.0.2 There is Submit a Ticket Link on this page. https://www.trusteer.com/support/supported-platforms
