Most of our mail automaticaly shows as read and opened
When checking emails most but not all of them automatically show as already read and open how can we stop this so that all new mail shows as unread. Thanks

The usual cause is the mail is downloaded to a phone or tablet device, or in the case of IMAP mail opened on those devices.
We have no other device that our email programs are installed on so can not be this. Thanks
