New emails never appear it seems to be constantly downloading
I turn the computer on and I know I ve got half a dozen emails but the blue circular arrows keep going round and round and I never see the new emails....

Do you get a 'Not responding' message in the title bar?
NO nothing - just keeps trying to download and download - no new emails are noted
I tried deleting the passwords on the assumption that when I next go online it would ask me for them but.....I dont even get that far it just keeps trying to download. When I use Roundcube webmail I can access my emails (thank God) good job I have that as a standby
I ve sorted it
