Although I can usually download programmes and then install them there are somw that I cannot install such as Adobe Flash or Whatsapp for Windows. They download OK but no window appears to click install, When I click on the downloads folder the exe file appears but clicking on it does nothing. I've tried Opening the Containing Folder and Running as Administrator but still nothing happens. Not end of the world with Whatsapp as can use 'Whatsapp Web' but without Flashplayer restricts what I can view. I do have an old machine (Dell Studio) running the dreadful Vista OS but those programmes have worked on it in the past. Would it be that I require an old version or something like that?
