I use 2 Hotmail.com accounts with TB, one is working fine whereas the other is now unaccessable because of the PW issue. Both setting are the same!

what exactly is the error message?

Please add the troubleshooting information to your post To find the Troubleshooting information:

  • Open Help (or click on three-line-icon and select Help)
  • Choose Troubleshooting Information
  • Use the button Copy to clipboard to select all. Do not check box "Include account names"!
  • Paste this in your post.

Please find below error message:

Sending of password for user hungtang_bradley@hotmail.com did not succeed. Mail server pop3.live.com responded: Authentication failure: unknown user name or bad password. [Error="ProxyNotAuthenticated" AuthResult=0 Proxy=KL1PR04MB1239.apcprd04.prod.outlook.com:1995:SSL]
