I am trying to download Samsung Smart Switch on my laptop and I keep getting the message : This publisher has been blocked from running a program on your machine. You have to unblock this publisher.

How do I unblock the publisher? I have Windows 10 and I use Firefox.

The problem is Mozilla not Samsung.

What exactly are you trying to download. Can you give a link to the page that contains the download link please.

Are you sure you are using Firefox and not Internet Explorer ?

hi, this error message is coming form windows and nor from firefox, so you'd need to look for a solution there... see http://www.technicalnotes.org/fix-this-publisher-has-been-blocked-from-running-software-on-your-machine-in-windows-10/ for example
