Hello; I am using windows 7, and have lost 4 years of emails from my inbox. I have looked up how to restore them. I tried the repair, and that did not work. I also read about locating profiles, backing them up, restoring etc. and I don't know what I should be doing without losing my other emails such as my sent box. I am not very good with computers, so I need step by step instructions so that I don't make a mistake and lose everything. Thank You
