Recently, "spam" is not an option. "Quarantine" does not let me access those e-mails that should appear as spam. Occcasionally an e-mail that should appear in the regular screen goes to spam and I can no longer pull them up.

Can you explain that in more detail? I don't think Thunderbird has a 'Quarantine' function.
