Since setting up both my email accounts, Gmail and Office365, I can receive and send emails but I do not get any notification that they have arrived. Th eonly way I can tell is if I go into the email app. Surely you should get a notification like all mobile OS's?

Just wanted to clarify I am using the Firefox os defualt email app.

They're working on it for firefox 1.2 (i think).

Hi john this is not the same problem as the thread you have listed. My issue is new emails do not come up as a notification. Whereas the thread you mentioned is emails not loading. Different issue altogether. Thx

At the moment, there is no way to provide you with notifications of new emails. Sorry for this inconvenience. Our developers are working hard to make this available in future updates.
