My collection of themes is limited to 98 even though I've added much more - how can I increase my collection?

I deleted my old collection as Rotator failed to work a few FF updates ago. I started repopulating my collection but FF is limiting the number of themes to 98 even though it seems to let me add more. Rotator works with my new collection but only with the 98. With older versions of Firefox, Rotator worth with a huge collection of over 2000 themes. Can this be a FF bug or an add-on problem?
