Where do I go to remove a ff plugin/add-on, Volunia????

Volunia says by going to f f Tools, Add-ons, Extensions, then hitting 'remove' button next to 'Volunia' but all I found is how to install it instead. "Volunia is not a program or an app. & it does not uninstall." So, having gone to ff Tools I can't find platform for this removal. PLEASE advise. Thanks.!!

ctrl+shift+a and then it will either be in add-ons or extensions. Check for it there.

I have a similar problem with entry's under the Extensions area. The Extensions/programs are shown in a "faded" type. One of the extensions is shown as NOT BEING SUITABLE for FF 23. This has been disabled but there is no remove button!
