Last week my icon for my HP SimplePass disappeared along with all the promps to use simplepass. I don't know what I did wrong or where to reactivate it. I really miss it.

It appears that you are using Firefox 21 beta. Does HP SimplePass even support it? From what I have seen posted in this forum in the past HP has a hard time keeping up with Firefox release versions, much less beta versions of Firefox.

I saw that but I've been using Firefox 21 beta for quite a while (over a month or more) and my simplepass was working with it. Last week, I brought up Firefox to check my e-mail and it was gone. I don't know what changed.
