Firefox won't open, goes immediately to crash report
Firefox has been crashing sporadically since early December. It's gotten worse recently and today it won't open at all--it goes straight to the crash report. I've search around on your site and it looks like I need to send you the crash report info, so I pulled that up manually from the logs.

Your Crash reports show two problems.
FlashPlayer
Some of your problems relate to use of FlashPlayer. Disable Flash Player when not required and consider turning off the Flash Player's protected mode.

Norton Confidential / Identity Safe
Norton confidential is NOT your AntiVirus software, and its benefits may be rather speculative, this is another cause of your crashes. I understand from this (thread norton does not support firefox 15 ) that it may have been superseded by some other product Norton Safe with additional features.
