Has anyone ever received a response to any question? I am finding Firefox unusable and have posted several queries. I have never seen any sign of response.
Dozens report inability to open email attachments. No response over many months.

Hi peter.hosford. I'm sorry you are experiencing troubles with Firefox and that you are not receiving answers to your questions. We really have an active group in this forum that tries to help every one that posts here. Sadly, in some cases we don't know how to help, as some cases are strange and unique. In a grand amount of these cases, your trouble is acknowledged and embedded to a report, that will be readden by the people who works in making Firefox a better browser. I appreciate that you are bringing this to us, and I'll try to find an answer to your question. Again, sorry for the incovenience, but I really hope you understand and comprehend our position.

Peter, do you use more than one e-mail service? If yes, are you experiencing these download troubles in all of them? If not, would you please say what e-mail service provider you use?
