When I use Gmail with Firefox it is totally frozen. I can only sign in and out but not able to open messgaes. It works fine with chrome though.

Gmail seems to have seized up when i try to access messages using Firefox as my browser, but it fine when I use Chrome. This leads me to believe that Firefox is the cause of me not being able to open my emails. Just wondering what might be causing this and what I can do to resolve the problem?

May not be related to your problem but some of your Firefox Plugins are out-dated

  • Update All your Firefox Plugins -> https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/plugincheck/
  • When Downloading Plugins Update setup files, Remove Checkmark from Downloading other Optional Softwares with your Plugins (e.g. Toolbars, McAfee, Google Chrome, etc.)
