Show All Bookmarks freezes and just doesn't work properly

Since loading the version 8 upgrade, I have run into major issues with Show All Bookmarks working properly. It started with creating a New Folder in Add Bookmark, then when opening Show All Bookmarks to add a folder it freezes and I can't click on anything. Certain folders and bookmarks have disappeared, likely during an attempt to add or move a bookmark. I have even restarted without addons to see if there was something interfering.
