Since changing to Firefox as my internet browser I cannot use Dell Datasafe Online to back up my PC. I get an error code BuEng_2816 Internet DNS lookup failed for'{1}'
It suggests I check my Internet connection and/or my Internet Security settings. I cannot see how to do this on Firefox.
