I keep getting a Silverlight Installation Problem when I try to do the watch instantly option on Netflix. I've talked to both Netflix and Microsoft and the problem seems to be with Firefox (works in IE). Any suggestions?

I've installed and uninstalled and reinstalled both Firefox and Silverlight and am now able to watch netflix instantly on IE but still am unable to watch it on Firefox. I checked the plug-ins and they are all enabled but its just not working....Would greatly appreciate some help with this...
