Ihave upgraded firefox to version 5 and Incredimail don't work properly , i go back to the version 3.6.15 and incredimail work .

I had the same problem...

I never initially suspected it was Firefox 5 causing the problem, but it was. It was after I reloaded the PC from a backup and got to the point of upgrading to FF5 again, when I then realised FF5 was the cause of all my problems.

I also found Incredimail returned to working again once I returned to FF3.6. I had to 'downgrade' some of my previously upgraded add-ons for FF5 which were no longer compatible with FF 3.6 and caused some strange behaviour.

Moral of the story: Never upgrade too soon!

...oh, and I actually find Firefox 3.6.12 to be quicker than Firefox 5!

Had the same issue after updating ff5...got quite annoyed that wouldn't open the incredimail anymore,even more upset and amazed that did opened in the not admin additional page which I have on my PC??? My administrator page plane& simple wasn't good enough 4it...but now lets knock wood seems OK!! :-)),after updating incredimail from their official page problem looks fixed...thank haven cos I would missed to much me nice little folders w contact icons ,the funny letters and email notifiers and much more. So my advice give it a go...it might work 4u too...Honestly I was on the edge of the cliff ,cos nevertheless I'm for improved stuffs bit a habit and order person so like to have what was working till then,why ruin what's good :-))...once happened to upgrade to ff4 SORRILY BIG BIG MISTAKE ...none of me yoono pop ups showing up anymore...even bigger mistake!! so I down grade it back to ff3.6 ...till now GOOD LUCK!
