What happens when you try to use Comcast email? Do the pages not load, login fails, error messages, etc.

When you have a problem with one particular site, a good "first thing to try" is clearing your Firefox cache and deleting your saved cookies for the site.

1. Clear Firefox's Cache

Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Offline Storage: "Clear Now"

2. If needed, delete the site's cookies

When viewing a page on comcast.net, right-click the page, choose View Page Info > Security > "View Cookies"

Then remove that site's cookies.

I can open comcast.net but when I select e-mail I am taken to a new screen where I should be able to open my email . However, I notice that the page is distorted print is about a font size of 2 to 4 and the entire page is light blue . My mail boxes are not shown and I can't open any of my emails.

On the page with tiny print, try resetting the Zoom level.

Ctrl+0 (that's a zero) or
View menu > Zoom > Reset

If you have the orange Firefox button, tap the Alt key to display the classic menu to access the full Zoom menu.

That might not help with all the issues, but hopefully it will at least make it easier to see what's happening.
