today i was trying to update my adobe flash player and it says please close mozilla firefox before continuing but its not open or running. i restarted my computer and the same thing. it seams like firefox is running hidden somehow not showing on task manager or anything and i can instal any of the programs i need now. i cant even uninstall it because it says firefox is running.
