i have two computers, one with windows vista one with windows 7, they both have firefox 4, the one with vista works great! the one with 7, firefox 4 sucks! very slow, almost unresponsive! 

so it has to do with ff4 and windows 7!

I have been experiencing long "connecting" times recently with FF4 and Win7. This morning was really bad. I tried resetting my router and modem.... much better. I don't think I have a hardware problem, but this seemed to help immensely.
