Internet Options is not in Firefox, it's in Windows. Your bank is giving you information for IE, where Internet Options is at the bottom of the Tools menu.

Start > Settings > Control Panel - Internet Options

Clear the cache and the cookies from sites that cause problems.

  • "Clear the Cache": Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Offline Storage (Cache): "Clear Now"
  • "Remove the Cookies" from sites causing problems: Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"
