Recently i have been having problem getting my mail. a box will pop up and ask for me to enter password for my user name 'ejacobs53" on pop verizon.net. When i enter the password it tells me that its wrong. please help

My recollection is that Verizon accounts are administered by AOL. And I think you are to log into your web AOL account and get to security section and create an APP password. (APP passwords work on PC clients, but not on web. That is, your regular password still works on web access.)
