Hi Nancy, do you mean you are reading your mail on either

Or are you reading your mail in Microsoft's Outlook application (outside of Firefox)?

For the Office application, if you select multiple messages in your Inbox, when you print, you should be able to print them as one big batch to your PDF printer. If Foxit isn't working, try the Microsoft Print to PDF printer.

For the web version of Outlook, I think you might need to print the messages individually, but I haven't searched for bulk export options.
