Cannot log into my fifth third back account when using firefox. They said I have to use Microsoft Edge or Chrome. It works when I use that, but I prefer Firefox. Maybe a setting I can change in Firefox. TY

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?
