Through Queens College, I have an Office 365 account in which I used a week and a half ago to make power points and now the power points will not download so I can not submit work I already did for my classes. It says that the page is not secure and has access to personal things about me... like what is going on????? HELP PLEASE!!

Hi Sophia, don't panic! There are many reasons that a connection can fail.

If this is urgent, try downloading in Safari.
