Out of the blue, and for the first time, Thunderbird is displaying an email I received with an attachment as an empty email save for a single black dot in the upper left corner of the message area.

I know that this is a full message with an attachment, because my other devices display it properly and include the attachment.

Can anyone shed any light on what the what is going on??
